Nice corporate logo cake, good service

Ordered a corporate logo cake for an office event, and it turned out great. The online process was pretty straightforward, although it would be handy to have an option to track the order status more directly instead of just waiting for the delivery notification. Overall, a solid choice for custom cakes.

Always reliable service

Another great experience with Bakerdays. I've ordered their letterbox cakes several times now, and they're always consistent. This time, I got a personalized birthday cake for my niece. It arrived exactly when it was supposed to and looked just like the preview. Good to know I can count on them for these little surprises.

Quick delivery, good cake

Ordered a chocolate fudge letterbox cake. Delivery was on time. Cake tasted good. Will order again.

Good value with discount

I was looking for a birthday cake and found Bakerdays. Used a first-order discount code which saved me 10% on a lemon drizzle letterbox cake. The price felt fair after the discount, and it arrived quickly. The cake was fresh and pretty decent for the cost. Felt like a good deal overall.

Smooth process, tasty cake

I decided to try Bakerdays for a custom cupcake set for a friend's anniversary. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; uploading the photo for the cupcakes was easy. Delivery was punctual, arriving on the specified day. The cupcakes themselves were fresh and well-packaged, fitting through the letterbox as promised. I had a quick question about tracking, and their customer service responded within a few hours, which was helpful. Overall, a really positive first impression from start to finish. The quality of the cupcakes was also quite good, and my friend loved them.

Got a letterbox cake

Decided to send a friend one of those letterbox cakes for his birthday. Picked out a red velvet one. It actually fit through his door, which was kinda cool. He said it tasted good too, so that's a win. Easy to send, no fuss. Happy with how it worked out.

Mostly good experience

I ordered a personalised photo cake for my mum's birthday. The website was easy to use for uploading the picture, and the preview looked accurate. Delivery was on time, which I appreciated. The cake itself was a little smaller than I pictured, even knowing it was a letterbox size, but that's on me for not checking dimensions closer. The taste was nice though, she enjoyed it. Maybe offer a slightly larger letterbox option in the future?
